Raymond mill grinding process
The grinding process of cronus raymond mill is as follows:
the raw ore is fed into the vibrating plate feeder by a forklift, and is crushed to a certain particle size by the crushing equipment and then sent to the raw material bin by the elevator. There is an electronic belt scale at the bottom of the bin. After the raw material is measured, it is fed into the raymond mill for grinding by the elevator and the air-locking feeder. The top of the mill is equipped with a high-efficiency dynamic and static powder classifier.
The unqualified materials fall to the grinding disc and are re-grinded with the newly fed materials. The qualified fine powder flows through the air outlet into the high-efficiency pulse dust collector. After collection, it becomes the finished product. The finished product is then sent to the finished product bin through pneumatic conveying chutes, elevators, etc. A packaging machine or bulk device is set under the bin to realize the packaging of the finished product.
Application scenarios:
The equipment is suitable for glass, rubber, pesticides, enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer, papermaking and other industries. It can grind talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore, chrome ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite and other materials.
