Guangxi 400,000 tons calcium carbonate powder deep processing project
The client is a newly established new material research and development technology company. The company uses limestone from the stone quarry as raw material and focuses on the research and development and production of nano carbon calcium series products. The project plans to use 350 acres of land, with a planned investment of 500 million yuan, and a construction period of 3 years. In the first phase of the project, a new industrial-grade calcium oxide production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons and an industrial-grade calcium hydroxide with an annual output of 80,000 tons will be built. The current factory and production line construction of the first phase of the project were completed in March 2022 and are currently in production.

Site situation
The 400,000 tons/year calcium carbonate deep processing project adopts advanced production technology and equipment, and’s a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly steel mechanical shaft kiln recommended by the national product catalog. While reducing coal consumption, the waste heat of flue gas can be used to preheat stone. Calcium hydroxide uses a fully automatic water-saving two-stage digestion and drying machine, which can significantly reduce production costs while meeting green environmental protection requirements. After the project is put into operation, it will drive local economic development and reduce local employment pressure while obtaining good economic and social benefits.
