Site situation

Raw coal is fed into the CRLM1500M vertical coal mill through a closed quantitative coal feeder. At the same time, the hot air from the heating furnace enters the vertical coal mill from the air inlet under the guidance of the system fan, and fully interacts with the raw coal being ground in the mill. After the heat exchange, the pulverized coal is brought up for sorting at the separator. The coarse pulverized coal with unqualified fineness falls back onto the grinding disc for grinding. The pulverized coal with qualified fineness enters the explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector with the air flow and is dusted. Collected, the collected pulverized coal finished product passes through the discharge port and is sent to the next link by the conveying device for use. The entire system operates under negative pressure, and system dust does not escape, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the site.
